How to send updates and new information:

Pictures

Attach JPG’s with the following information:

· Year of picture

· Who is in the picture

· Suggested caption

· Where does the picture belong (eg Table A)

· Does this replace an existing picture?

If necessary, send the printed picture, we’ll scan it and return it.

Updated genealogy information

· State where the information goes: Table B, ...

· Words that are being replaced

· New words in the similar format to the Battle Book Updated.

Interesting Battle articles

· Send links to Battle information/Battle genealogy on the WWW.

· Send PDF’s, papers up to 8.5x11.    

Goal:
    Update the website at least 4 times per year.
